Negroncino is made of Audace and PassionThis italian craft cocktail was created by Giancarlo Mancino, a world renowned Italian bartender in our restaurant Kytaly. From the moment we served it the orders were booming and it became our Signature. I am a what they called a «passionated entrepreneur » commited to deliver the best experience to the client in my restaurant and I wanted to bring this experience at home ! Giancarlo and I created a cocktail ready to drink that gives you the same feeling as it was created in a bar : a mix of Mancino Vermouths, Rinomato Bitter and Piu Cinque Gin gives a unique taste to our cocktail. Perfect to drink for an aperitivo of after dinner, just stir it in a rock glass, garnish with anorange zest, or a wedge of pink grapefruit.
